By engaging with Aqiro Digital, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Graphic Design Services

Aqiro Digital provides graphic design services, including but not limited to social media ads, CV/resume design, business card design, and more. All services are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

3. Payment and Fees

Payment for our services is due as per the terms agreed upon during the initial engagement. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will have the rights to use the final design products for their intended purpose. Aqiro Digital retains the right to showcase and include completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Revisions and Edits

Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in their service agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. Edits requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Aqiro Digital agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties unless required by law.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with a written notice. Aqiro Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches the terms of this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aqiro Digital is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

Aqiro Digital reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
