Is there a limit for creating projects?
Nope, there are no limits for creating projects. However, do keep in mind that you will be paying upfront per project request.
Can you provide the project file?
Yes, we are more than happy to provide you with the project file – it costs $25.
How do I approve projects?
For this process, you don’t need to worry too much about it. We’ll send you a ticket with an approval message and you can simply respond to it.
What is the turnaround time like?
It takes 2 days (48 hours) to complete your project request. After which you have 3 days to submit your revision requests if needed.
How much do projects cost?
The cost for a design project will depend, the projects costs can range from $15 to $50. While membership customers like Nonprofits recieve a discount.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay by Credit Card or PayPal. Whereas for trusted agencies that order more than 20 projects a month, and have been a customer for 1 year or more, we are more than happy to discuss monthly invoicing.
